1. ) Routine maintenance is a must. You don’t want to neglect this part of your property, whether you have a commercial property or residential property with a garage door. You will want to check your garage door every few months especially if you use it on a day to day basis. Parts to check include the springs, brackets, bolts and so on. You could need to have them lubricated or tightened so it is important to pay attention. Also make sure the door opens and closes with ease.
